Y Heddfan is a stylish, 1-bedroomed, self-contained annex, decorated to a high standard and designed for comfort and relaxation.
There is a deck to enjoy sunsets to the west and the ever-changing coastal scenery.
Thoughtfully decorated to a high standard, the annex offers total privacy and features:
- A double bedroom with en-suite shower room
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bright and airy lounge with vaulted ceiling and Velux windows, creating a spacious, light-filled space to unwind
- A private deck facing west – perfect for watching the sunset over the bay
The kitchen comes equipped with a built-in oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher together with all the equipment you need to prepare wonderful meals to enjoy on the patio or at the dining table.
Step outside and you're surrounded by nature. To the east, the land slopes into a wooded gully; to the west, the cliffs drop to the rocky shoreline.
There’s ample parking right next to the annex and private access via your own entrance. Whether you're looking for a romantic coastal getaway or a quiet base for outdoor adventures, Y Heddfan offers a memorable stay in a truly special setting.
Prices from £70 to £160 per night (plus a cleaning charge of £25). Minimum two night stay. Please contact us for availability and a quote.
Bedroom – King-size bed, with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe
En-suite shower room with toilet and basin (we provide towels, toilet paper and soap)
Lounge/Dining Room – Corner sofa and armchair, dining table, with two chairs, smart TV
Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher (we supply instant coffee, tea bags and sugar)
There are also outdoor seats on the patio with cushions and an iron, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner in the wardrobe.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM (we may be able to accomodate an earleir check-in but can’t guarantee it). Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
When checking out please put all dirty crockery in the dishwasher and set it running then just leave the door key on the dining table.
No smoking in the accommodation.
Our insurance doesn’t allow charging of electric vehicles or more than two occupants. This includes infants under the age of two.
